    Description

    What you'll do

  • Create low-to-mid fidelity, short-form content primarily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create from brief to concept to platform-ready video including concepting, storyboarding, shot listing, and executing shoots.
  • Track, understand, and participate in the latest relevant social media trends and narratives.
  • Develop a framework for participation in video trends inclusive of brand voice, visual identity, brand values, and brand risk.
  • Present concepts to the Creative Director and stakeholders, receiving and implementing feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with a team of Creatives, Social Strategists, and Social Managers to support the creative process.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as this role will interface directly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience shooting on an iPhone and DSLR camera.
  • Experience editing in platform (TikTok and Instagram) as well as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe Express
  • Deep understanding of social media fundamentals, platform updates, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience storytelling through a brand lens, yet in an innovative way that challenges the conventional process.
  • Be comfortable and excited about immersing yourself in the ever-changing social media landscape.

    • What your team will do

  • Build winning social media content strategies for SAP social media channels as part of programmatic strategies including editorial planning and prioritization, from intake of briefs to detailed measurement reports.
  • Prepare detailed campaign plans and creative briefs to deliver best-in-class social content while ensuring alignment across all channels and adherence to team goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to complete content analysis and identify applicable insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with trends and platform evolutions in the social media space and suggest new ways to implement these into our processes.
  • Deliver informed and insightful audience insights that help us achieve goals and answer audience needs.
  • Own and optimize the operational model for global social media content creation, publication, engagement, and measurement.

    • What you bring

  • 3+ years combined working experience in a social media, influencer marketing and/or digital marketing role.
  • Experience in strategic brainstorming, content development, and creative brief development.
  • Proven ability to develop social creative is a requirement (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience taking goals and translating them into creative projects.
  • Embrace transformation, think on your feet, and adapt your strategy and plan to meet the needs of the changing social media landscape.
  • Needs to be a creative thinker and problem solver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects with attention to detail.
