Description

• Write/ proofread social media copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, and more
• Produce daily posts and stories to be posted on our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Optimize all platforms for social and search.
• Analyze and interpret traffic data, developing best practices and finding trends as they emerge
• Stay uptodate with best practices, current technologies and trends in social media and communicate them back to the team.
• Find Influencers to promote the brand, and contract them.
• Develop assets for digital and print platforms
• Make digital assets and digital mailer creation.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and typography in line with the brand
• Support creation of companywide branded templates for internal documents and presentations
• Contribute to creative project management from concept to final approval
• Ensure integrity of creative concept is consistent and aligned with the brand identity

• 3+ years of graphic, digital, advertising, or web design experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Brand Design or a related field
• Ability to provide samples of web design portfolio
• Experience at a design firm, agency, or designing for a dedicated brand
• Must have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign experience
• Experience developing marketing/print/digital solutions graphic design solutions
• A creative lens and eye for typography, layout, and color balance
• Familiar with web and mobile standards, including responsive design and usability
• Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
• Experience with social networking feature sets / dashboards
• Familiar with best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, keywords, and copy
• Knowledge of site functionality, architecture, intuitive user interfaces and navigation
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
• Design responsive web experiences for desktop and mobile to update company landing pages
