Digital Content Creator

Duration: 5+ months contract position

Location:
New York, NY Hybrid)

Salary - $54/hr on W2

Team and business has grown - currently one person is managing content creation and needs interim support

Day to day:

supporting the content lead creating master asset lists, ordering product, tracking feedback, managing Wrike, managing timelines and preparing for photoshoots.

Current POC for content creation will Launch content, key concepts, and gather messaging from marketing the consultant will work with her to create the master asset list and that will be the bulk of what the work is and following and delivering the deadlines in WRIKE
Consistent management of the asset master list which ishuge excel spreadsheet that outlines where the content will live, the key messaging, and all details
Maybe combine with the above
Assets are uploaded to WRIKE to generate timeline of deliverables
From the tech side: this person would pass off the finished materials to the POC for tech sending it out to OPERA
Adhoc responsibilities : inventorying product, supporting shoots, handling logistics, QA proofread and revise)
Work closely with business partners to develop eCommerce programs (content) that best meet the needs.
Support daytoday content, coordinating all creative deliverables and site approvals
Qualifications: 13 years' experience in building content briefs and executing from start to finish, with clear results, strong project management skills, demonstrates strong digital vision and customercentric focus, excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and proven ability in successfully running multiple projects.
Must demonstrate creativity in problem solving, anticipate bottlenecks, manage project prioritization to deliver business results. Ability to selfmotivate, work independently, and as part of a team. Proven ability to develop smart personalized content to drive customer interaction.
Bachelor's degree required, Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail)
