    We're Hiring a Squishable Retail Sales Lead!

    Squishable is a fun-loving team comprised of designers, artists, pop culture enthusiasts, and fans of all things cute. Together, we design the most adorable plush and lifestyle products in the world. Based in NYC and downtown Washington DC, our offices are located in sunny lofts. At Squishable, we focus on creating a unique customer experience by sharing our passion for the brand and building lasting relationships with our customers. We are currently looking for enthusiastic leaders who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, turning customers into loyal fans.

    WHO ARE WE?

    We are Squishable! Candidates for the Squishable Retail Sales Lead position should be natural-born leaders who are passionate, organized, and driven to bring joy to people's lives. We are seeking individuals who are confident, creative, friendly, adaptable, and able to consistently perform at a high level. A key part of this role is shaping the voice and character of the Squishable store experience by representing the brand effectively and engaging with customers.

    What does a Squishable Retail Sales Lead do?

    • Aligns decisions with company priorities and values
    • Enforces sales strategies and growth initiatives
    • Ensures accountability for personal sales and team productivity
    • Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market to enhance brand loyalty
    • Resolves customer issues and partners with management when needed
    • Develops product knowledge and supervises team members to meet goals
    • Provides feedback to enhance performance and coaches team members

    Other Qualifications:

    • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
    • Passion for empowering and developing team members
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
    • High emotional intelligence and teamwork
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs as required

    Pay range is $16.50-$17.00 an hour
