- Monday – Friday 35-hour work week -(this role is hybrid 1 day a week and 3rd Thursday of the month)
- The salary is between $75,000 - $80,000.

- Schedule and track risk assessments, site inspections, and ergonomic assessments conduct pre-inspection audit assessments, and assist with safety coordinator development and implementation.
- While conducting site visits, recommend and promote additional risk management resources, training, and overall suggestions at the member level.
- Develop and administer safety training programs, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Produce detailed written evaluations of risk assessments, site inspections, and ergonomic assessments, including photos when applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant occupational safety/risk management.
- OSHA experience is a plus.
- 2 years of experience working with municipal population preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with workers' compensation or similar insurance is preferred.
- Must be able to travel within New York State.
- Must be a New York State resident and hold a valid driving license.
