About the Accounting Implementation Specialist Role
The Implementation Specialist role is responsible for managing the onboarding and early
- stage support for new clients and for facilitating a smooth transition to the long-term Outsourcing Advisory and Accounting Team.

The Implementation Specialist has a strong knowledge of the general ledger systems that the firm has identified as the top accounting systems (i.e., Sage Intacct, QBO, etc.).

_ Essential Responsibilities:
_

Orchestrates and implements the new client process
Serves as implementation lead and contact for the client and outsourcing team within the first 90 days of onboarding a client or existing client
Telephone, video conference and live consultations with clients to review Internal Management Reports and other information during the implementation period
Develops and strengthens longterm relationships with senior client management and peer client levels
Plans, organizes and controls multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve assignment objectives
Manages the assignment budget and profitability in their area of responsibility
Identifies client needs/opportunities to sell additional valueadded services
Leverages commercial and market knowledge to anticipate client needs for new/additional services
Development of functional specialization and/or industry expertise
Actively pursues selfdevelopment opportunities in line with the competency model

_ To be successful in this role, you will bring with you:_

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Experience with QuickBooks Online required
Strong innovative and streamlined approach to systems and processes/procedures
Prior bookkeeping experience required that involved processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Team player with a positive cando approach
A general and growing knowledge of firm products and services in the practice area, and a general knowledge of products and services in other practice areas
