    JOB TITLE: Customer Service Rep

    DEPARTMENT: Production

    LOCATION: Austin, TX

    TRAVEL: N/A

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Provide customer support to all existing and new customers

    Order management

    Enter Purchase Orders and answer phones in showroom

    Managing cash box and CRJ's

    **EDUCATION:**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Undergraduate degree preferred

    **WORK EXPERIENCE:**

    2-3 years customer service experience preferred

    Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred

    Oracle experience is a plus

    **SKILLS REQUIRED:**

    Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)

    Excellent computer Skills/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    Committed to working in a zero harm workplace

    Ability to multitask

    Ability to lift 20+ lbs.

    Problem solving skills

    Able to work flexible hours as required

    **JOB INFORMATION:**

    M- F 7:00 to 4:00 CST. Occasional Saturday and overtime as needed.
