- Draft and assist in the negotiation of SaaS subscription and related agreements for the sale of InvestCloud's products and services in the U.S. and internationally.
- Provide guidance regarding risks and opportunities based on particular transaction and customer profiles to guide business teams.
- Assist in building and improving internal approval and workflow processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when working with other business stakeholders on deals and projects.
- Partner with global cross-functional internal teams on various other legal projects on an as-needed and as-available basis
- 3+ years of experience in negotiating complex technology agreements and professional services agreements with a cloud or software company.
- Substantial relevant experience managing SaaS subscription deals and working with members of the sales team to drive deals from inception to close.
- Eagerness to help and to find creative ways to solve problems for business teams is a must.
- Excellent writing, oral communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Eager to take on challenges and learn new skills and areas of law and business.
- Ability to work with limited oversight and manage time and relationships.
- Comfortable navigating complicated and nuanced legal issues.

InvestCloud is looking to add an experienced contract manager to join our global legal team.Your primary responsibilities will be to manage a large volume of contracts through review, negotiation and execution, with a focus on SaaS subscription and professional services sales contracts.
The successful candidate with be a strong, independent partner to internal business clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple transactions at the same time, utilizing effective communication, negotiation and analytical skills to work complex issues and drive business-oriented solutions.
You will work closely with sales teams, project delivery teams and other business stakeholders to support contract reviews and negotiations in a timely and efficient manner.
This position will report directly to InvestCloud's Assistant General Counsel.How you will provide meaningful contributions:
