Description
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY PARALEGAL (Parelagal Certification Not Required)Review and interpret commercial real estate contracts such as lease agreements, vendor contracts, management agreements, loan agreements, construction agreements, listing agreements, right of entry agreements, NDAs;
Draft and prepare letters, simple agreements and documents based on consultation with, and instructions of, the company President, and in complex transactional, review by outside attorneys;
Work closely with outside attorneys on various matters under litigation of transactional work;
Review surveys, title commitments and exception documents.
Provide general assistance in real estate, lending, construction and leasing transactions.
Proof read legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience handling contracts related to real estate, construction and leasing transactions. Knowledge on litigation processes
- Ability to maintain high quality performance with varied deadlines and competing priorities in a fastpaced work environment.
- Strong analytical ability and research skills.
- Strong communications skills (both oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively across broad functional and organizational lines.
- Selfstarter who is adept at working in a true team environment and partnering with management, clients, outside counsels and staff.
Pay:
$50, $60,716.48 per year
