    OVERVIEW

    Housekeeper & House Manager role for a small family in Coral Gables, Florida. Seeking an energetic and adaptable individual who can bring a sense of calm to the family's daily life.

    Expectations:

    • 3+ years of experience in a Housekeeper or House Manager role
    • Flexible part-time schedule: 2-2.5 days a week
      • 1-1.5 days during weekdays
      • 0.5-1 day on weekends
    • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English)
    • Strong references from previous employers
    • Trustworthy and respectful of privacy
    • Tech-savvy with basic tools for household tasks
    • Authorized to work in the United States

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Please note that the following tasks are not daily duties but potential responsibilities throughout the week (estimated 40-50% hours).

    Vendor / operational management (2-3 hours / week)

    • Coordinate and oversee vendors for various services
    • Manage bill payments

    PA responsibilities (2-3 hours / week)

    • Communicate with vendors and service providers for appointments
    • Handle customer service inquiries
    • Assist with reminders and task organization

    Errands / other (3-4 hours / week)

    • Run errands like grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
    • Perform minor household repairs
    • Assist with food preparation
    • Manage household inventory and restocking
    • Participate in event planning and organization
    • Anticipate household needs

    House cleaning (6-8 hours / week)

    • Regular cleaning tasks including vacuuming, laundry, dishes, and tidying up
    • Monthly exterior cleaning and pest control

    Light pet care (2-3 hours / week)

    • Take care of pets with walks, grooming, and pet-sitting
