    SUMMARY OF JOB:

    A clinical manager assumes responsibility for daily operations of the interdisciplinary clinical team to include, but not limited to, nurses, therapists, schedulers.

    Duties include supervision of the interdisciplinary team.

    Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care including:
    coordination, implementation and evaluation of hospice services as evidenced by positive outcomes. Is available and assumes 24-hour accountability for patient care functions and the direction of the patient care team. Responsible for assuring compliance with government regulations and ACHC standards. Also, responsible for the evaluation and treatment of hospice patients when needed.

    RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Registered Nurse
    • Minimum of 5 yrs. clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred;
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; ability to function as a member of an integrated healthcare team; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area and throughout HRHS entities.

    LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Current PA/NJ Professional License, Valid Driver's License, CPR Certified
