    Your Role:

    The Business Development Manager's role is to drive new business opportunities for all product lines by executing targeted outbound campaigns. This position plays an integral role in increasing Quadient brand recognition and creating awareness for our full suite of products and solutions. The BDM will support sales professionals, in business growth.


    What you bring:

    • Generate interest in Quadient's products and services by executing outbound call campaigns.
    • Understand the prospect's business and communicate compelling solutions that addresses their needs.
    • Deliver Quadient's value proposition with conviction, instilling a sense of confidence in our ability to deliver results.
    • Qualify interest and secure leads and appointments.
    • Accurately update and maintain the CRM with call activity and detailed notes.

    This exciting role is compensated via salary, MBO and sales override.
