- At least years of experience in Engineering leadership positions of increasing responsibility
- Strong technical knowledge and experience, preferably in Geotechnical Engineering, and / or Civil / Structural Engineering
- Demonstrated success with all aspects of Waterfront, Shorefront, and Marine Engineering projects
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Relationship based and customer centric mindset and approach
- Demonstrated ability to be player / coach / mentor for team, with a selflessness to help grow the next generation of leaders
- Orientation for new business development, account maintenance and penetration for existing business, and proven experience growing a segment of the business
- Bachelors in Geotechnical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Licensed registered Professional Engineer in MA or RI or the ability to obtain PE within 1 year
- Valid Driver's License; a Company vehicle will be provided
- Locally based with a willingness and ability to be onsite regularly in Eastern MA (North and South of Boston) & RI offices and client / field / regulatory sites, with a remote / home office component

Our client in MA & RI is seeking an Engineering Division Manager to lead a team of Engineers, Project Managers, Technicians, and other staff as they continue to grow and shape the Division. The Division Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: operations and profitability of the Division; management, recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of team members; work assignments and scheduling, utilization, and productivity; program and project management, proposals, contracts, engineering, technical leadership, permitting, quality, and other aspects of project delivery; a focus on relationship building, client service, account growth, networking, and professional development; and is a positive role model who upholds Divisional and Company reputation in the marketplace.
