    Position Summary
    The Division Manager, Systems & Infrastructure, manages and directs a division within the Systems Line of Business.

    This role will be accountable for the management of more than one department with oversight of high-level risk and exposure items that have a significant impact on the achievement of the objectives of the Systems organization in line with firmwide strategy.

    This individual directly contributes to the broad line of business and technical strategy for the division.

    This role is responsible for the ISM technology for IAM life cycle applications, Client, BBH staff Authentication, Active Directory, ServiceNow platform including all custom applications, and Global Physical Security Technology Support.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Ensure the smooth and effective operations of the division.
    Ensure proper product delivery, escalation, and resolution of high exposure items.
    Maintain proper balance of cost, control, and client service in line with firmwide policies, standards, and controls.

    Develop, maintain, and achieve an integrated systems and business plan for the department which aligns organization structure, systems priorities, budget, and management reporting.

    Ensure that management team is properly aligned with the division strategy, goals, and objectives and has the information and resources necessary to execute.

    Ensure goals are measurable, challenging, and focused on specific results.
    Accountable for managerial effectiveness and financial discipline for the division.

    Develop and maintain a culture of results-oriented, continuous process improvement, which includes developing and achieving stretch goals, challenging all processes and procedures, focusing on solutions, and keeping abreast of new technologies, applications, and their implications within the department.

    Lead the department by setting high standards, providing a thoughtful approach, having a committed attitude, and by being a role model for BBH Systems leadership.

    Assist with client visits, presentations, walkthroughs, and other sales and client retention activities.

    Build and foster effective and productive relationships with peers within and outside of the division to achieve results, improve service delivery, and develop effective solutions.

    Required Skills / Experience
    Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing large teams in a dynamic environment.
    Results orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    Written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to handle presentations of project plan and business cases.
    Ability to coordinate cross-office initiatives.

    Experience with operating infrastructure organizations across computer network and storage with a focus on target catalog of products remaining competitive, strategic, and well-defined.

    Broad understanding and demonstrated history of leadership in the areas of cloud engineering, cyber security, identity and access management.
    Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
    Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
    BA / BS Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure, engineering, and operations.
    Minimum of 5 Years of experience leading and developing large teams preferred.
