As Human Resources Systems Manager, you are an astute and technically proficient individual, dedicated to optimizing the integration and security of HR systems.
You adeptly navigate complex data management, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and compliance.Through proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and innovative automation, you drive efficiency and reliability in employee-related data processes while staying vigilant about evolving industry standards and cybersecurity regulations.
What you will do:
Configure and manage user roles ensuring data access across systems.
Develop seamless interfaces between HRMS, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, conducting audits and providing analytical reports.
Lead system enhancements, vendor collaborations, and provide comprehensive user support.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or Business with a focus on Human Resources.
5+ years experience in System/Application managements, supporting Human Capital Management/Payroll systems.
Efficient management of multiple initiatives, prioritizing deliverables in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in compliance regulations, HR tech best practices, relational database systems, SQL scripting for reporting views, data models, and XML creation for data extraction and interfacing.
