- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve processrelated issues
- Conduct time studies, data analysis, and root cause analysis to identify process bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Lead process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
- Train employees on new processes and procedures
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial
- 35 year's experience in manufacturing setting with 23 years as process engineer
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
- Understanding of Tool Paths, Feed Rates, Speed Rates
- Understanding of PLC's and Ladder Logic
- Strong business development acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
