    Be the voice of J.R. Orenstein Insurance Agency, an established insurance agency with a profound commitment to personalized service and excellence. Located in Great Neck, New York, our close-knit team prioritizes teamwork, growth, and client satisfaction. As a Telemarketer, you'll directly impact our agency's success through proactive outreach, client engagement, and relationship-building. This is an Entry-Level position offering Growth Poetntial to become a licensed agent on either our Acquisition Team or Customer Care Team.Are you passionate about connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions?     Responsibilities

    Telemarketing: Reach out to leads via phone calls to promote our insurance products and services.

    Client Outreach: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions.

    Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities by following up with interested prospects.


    Requirements

    Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred.

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively in both English & Spanish

    Goal-Oriented: A drive to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

    Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent service and building positive relationships with clients.

    Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor while representing the agency.

    Availability: Able to work full-time from our office in Great Neck, New York.
