    Description

    Duties:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
    • Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our products or services
    • Follow a script to provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
    • Answer questions from potential customers and address any concerns or objections
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
    • Familiarity with telephone systems
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
    • Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
    • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions
    This is a great opportunity for individuals who have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable making warm/cold calls. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you.

    Please note that this is an in-office position located in Clifton, NJ.
