Description

Duties:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our products or services
Follow a script to provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
Answer questions from potential customers and address any concerns or objections
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Familiarity with telephone systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions
