To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative | Business Development Manager for Industrial Insurance (m/f/d) at our Carbon Hill, IL location.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Active support and advice for industrial clients
  • Coordination/management of the department's service team
  • Negotiations with insurers and clients
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Preparation of insurance analyses and quotes
  • Client presentations

We value the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist (m/f/d), ideally with further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Indepth knowledge of corporate/industrial business
  • Presentation skills and a consistently confident demeanor
  • Analytical skills, persuasiveness, and reliability
