We are currently looking for a
Lifeguard (m/f/d) to join our team at the new water adventure resort "Rulantica" starting immediately or by agreement.


Responsibilities:

  • You ensure that safety and pool rules are followed.
  • With your friendly demeanor, you are the goto person for questions or concerns from guests of all ages.
  • You are a vigilant observer of your designated area, able to identify potential hazards and react proactively.
  • You have everything under control and always maintain safety and cleanliness in your designated area.
  • You conduct trainings with the employees of the Operations department.

Profile:

  • You hold a Silver or Gold lifeguard certification or are willing to obtain one with us.
  • The safety of our guests is always at the forefront of your thoughts and actions.
  • All eyes are on you: you are articulate and able to think ahead.
  • Even under stress, you are ready to act your physical fitness makes you a confident swimmer.
  • You have strong conflict resolution skills.
  • You are known for your good manners, friendly nature, and wellgroomed appearance.
