Your Responsibilities:

You enable our customers to build trust by understanding their needs and solving every situation through excellent customer service
You prioritize and respond to customer inquiries on our various channels (social media, phone, ticket system)
You handle exchanges, returns, and warranty claims
You communicate daily with our logistics partners regarding orders, returns, and any order deviations
No one has more contact with our customers than you identify potential for improvement in customer care, communication, and logistics

Your Profile:

You have experience in customer care or a related field
You have good German and English skills in both written and spoken form, additional languages are a plus
You have an approachable personality with a high level of service orientation and reliability
You are articulate and have a sensitivity in dealing with problems, customers, and tones
Your work style is structured, independent, and proactive
Occasionally there is more to do the seasonality of our business is not a problem for you
