Your responsibilities include:

  • Being a gracious host, warmly welcoming guests and interacting with them in a friendly and charming manner
  • Ensuring a smooth and guestoriented service during breakfast and evening shifts
  • Preparing daily mise en place for the kitchen and service
  • Setting up and cleaning up the breakfast buffet
  • Contributing to an efficient and effective operational flow
  • Maintaining open
