    Job DescriptionSalary: $17 - $19/hr

    Position: Account Coordinator

    Job Description: PetData is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator. An Account Coordinator performs administrative and customer service tasks, primarily working with veterinary clinics and processing and preparing the records they send in monthly. The Account Coordinator position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with the work to be performed onsite at PetData's office.

    Responsibilities: The Account Coordinator will work on the following:

    • Manage incoming records from veterinary clinics and prepare them for entry.
    • Import batches of vaccination records.
    • Track monthly reporting from veterinary clinics.
    • Communicate with veterinary clinic staff to obtain reports or assist with sending electronic reports.
    • Perform research and analysis.
    • Perform other tasks as needed.

    Skills/Qualifications: Highly detail-oriented, organized and efficient. Excellent time and task management skills and adherence to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to build rapport with customers. Flexible with changing tasks and priorities. Prior computer experience with databases and word processing and spreadsheet software, including mail merge documents. Pleasant and patient demeanor. Typical backgrounds for an Account Coordinator include prior Account Assistant or administrative support positions.
