    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers
    • Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
    • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
    • Strong knowledge of pool construction material sales and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
    • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
    • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed

    Full-time


    Pay:
    $90, $110,000.00 per year
