    Description

    We currently have an opening for a Senior Human Resource Manager located in Owensboro Kentucky. The Senior Human Resources Manager will serve as the H.R. Business Partner to the Plant Managers and staff and will participate in regular leadership meetings and provide guidance on all employee relations and site communications. The ideal candidate will have change management, employee engagement, and union avoidance experience. This role reports into the HR Director responsible for overseeing all manufacturing sights across the United States.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business, HR, or HR related field
    • 7-10 years HR Management experience with 100 or more exployees in non-union manufacturing
    • Multi site experience required
    • Ability to manage, coach, and develop team members and direct reports
    • Positive employee relations experience
    • understanding of HR principles and employment law
    • Experience with Affirmative Action plans
    • Experience with ADP
    • Microsoft Office Suites
    • Ability to travel up to 15 %
