Account Manager - Inside Sales
National Corporate Housing is looking for a versatile leasing consultant to work as an B2B, business to business, Account Manager to lease our furnished corporate apartments, complete all stages of the sales process including paperwork, and assist clients as needed.
National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in the hospitality arena providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations.
What you are focused on:
Growing your specific market, increasing unit count strategically
Driving bottom line (profitability) through pricing, lease term negotiations, and unit growth
Generating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goals
Quick and accurate responses to large volume, time sensitive requests; ensuring clients are taken care of and winning leads
Being the National liaison for clients, vendors, customers and all things regarding lease agreements
Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sell
Achieving or exceeding our guest satisfaction scores in 2020 our average score was above 95%
Building and maintaining strong partnership with local outside salesforce
Whats unique about this role:

Ability to build relationships and lease with multiple properties, identify new properties to lease and work with
Variety Work is dynamic and constantly changing inventory
For the most part, because we work with corporate clients, very little scheduled weekend work
Whats needed to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in an inside sales position
Apartment Leasing or Hospitality/Hotel experience is preferred
Must be an extremely fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
Ability to market and sell our existing inventory to the maximize occupancy
Ability to respond to incoming leads within 2 hrs. to maximize winning chances
Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem solving
Bachelors Degree is ideal
Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped commissions
$19.27 $23.00/ hr.
Denver market estimated commissions earning potential of an additional ~ $500 - $1,000/month after ramp up, uncapped
