- Client Relationship Management & Growth: You will be the primary relationship owner for 20 – 30 assigned accounts of all sizes, support all Insurance vertical accounts, while proactively seeking opportunities to improve client metrics, including budget caps and RPT.
- We Love Data: You will create detailed daily performance reports and monthly campaign reports, analyze key metrics which include total revenue, RPT, return rate and unsold lead data, while and providing actionable insights in a timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a smooth onboarding process for new accounts and will continue to work closely on any changes or action items that support vertical growth.
- Analyze & Identify Solutions: Analyze quality reports, identify issues and create action plan to increase quality by buyer as needed. You will also review TPS reports daily for trends and pinpoint areas for growth and improvement by project type and buyer.
- First-Class Experience: You have a minimum of two years of experience as an account manager or client services in the lead generation space, with strong knowledge of lead generation products including leads, clicks, calls and TYP.
- Sales Growth: You have a proven, recent and quantifiable track record of engaging clients, driving results and exceeding revenue goals.
- Analytical Skills: You can analyze data, identify insights to assess campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot to problem solve quickly through the proper escalation process.
- Communication is Key: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written of course), with the ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change, while possessing a high attention to detail.
- Motivated: You are a self-starter and fast learner, who has critical thinking skills.
