Responsibilities:
Manage production for our high quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times; including maintenance, renovation, annual flowers, irrigation, holiday décor and snow operations.
Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and potential clients.
This position will be the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure creative solutions, satisfaction and quality work.
Full-scope Management of a commercial property portfolio.Fostering a work environment where Safety is recognized as "The Tool for Life".
Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style.
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Ag Science/Business, Landscape Maintenance, Forestry, Turf Grass, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture or related field.
Two to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
Must be able to develop competitive estimates using company estimating system; analyze and perform take offs of blueprints and/ or field measurements, determine material, labor, equipment, and sub-contractors required for projects.
Passion for client service.Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.
Compensation:
Salary Range:
$55,000-$65,000
