    Role Overview:

    As a Business Development Specialist at Insights Consulting Group, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing our market presence. We are particularly interested in candidates fluent in Spanish, although proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Arabic is also advantageous.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
    • Establish and strengthen client relationships to expand our market reach.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored business solutions.
    • Monitor market trends to inform and guide strategic decisions.
    • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities within our CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in business development, particularly with data analysis tools and AI applications.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse client base.
    • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Arabic is also beneficial.
    • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.

    Compensation Options:

    1. Base Salary: $30/hour @ 10 hours + 8% Commission for Lead Generation and Closing
    2. Base Salary: $30/hour @ 20 hours + 10% Commission for Lead Generation and Closing
    3. Commission Only – 12% for Lead Generation and Closing
