Energetic team player who has managed up to 45 direct reports while developing new applican tracking systems, planning software and designing and training on new Learning Management Systems. I enjoy solo or team work but love to be busy and meeting deadlines ahead of schedule. Able to multitask several priorities and I believe in transparency and creating trust by keeping to my word. 

Experience

started in recruiting after college, moved to oil and gas to travel. Loved learning new applications and quickly moved up from a Cost Control employee to the director of personnel and recruiting.
