- Coordinate integration communication across all stakeholder groups in the School of Medicine.
- Organize the work of foundations and clinical integration faculty teams.
- Collect data for SoM reports and accreditation surveys.
- Bachelor's degree with at least two years of administrative experience.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.

Are you ready to play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education at the University of Washington? As the Program Operations Specialist for Medicine, Health and Society/Themes and Integration, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of medical students across the five-state WWAMI region.

Working closely with faculty and staff, you will ensure operational efficiency and curricular congruence for this essential part of the medical education program.
As a key member of the Academic Affairs team, the Program Operations Specialist will have the chance to make a difference by implementing innovative approaches to curriculum management and problem-solving. This role requires a high level of organization, independent decision-making, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
