    Oakland Insurance in Clarkston is looking for our new Personal Lines Account Manager Superstar We pride ourselves on providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients. We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager with insurance experience who has outstanding customer service skills. As our new Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be recognizing every opportunity for cross and up-selling to ensure clients have the best coverage to meet their needs. As an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager, you know the importance of building rapport with clients with your optimistic and upbeat attitude. We offer Base Salary PLUS Bonus & Commission Programs and can't wait to have you on the team, apply today

    Responsibilities
    • Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.
    • Treating every customer interaction as an opportunity for cross and up-selling.
    • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
    • Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
    • Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.

    Requirements
    • Property & Casualty License Required, Life & Health License a bonus
    • 3+ years Personal Lines account management experience required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Applied Systems/TAM or EPIC knowledge along with Comparative Rating Software experience.
    • Exemplary time management and attention to detail.
