- Work with sales and underwriting teams to identify priority markets and key accounts.
- Conduct thorough market research to grasp industry trends, competitor landscape, and client requirements.
- Assist Client Advisor in understanding client needs and developing account management strategies.
- Keep Client Advisor informed about significant updates impacting client management strategies.
- Market all new business submissions for large commercial producers.
- Prepare proposals, insurance schedules, and client recommendations.
- Handle quotes, proposals, and applications for timely submission to carriers.
- Attend client meetings and maintain communication with carrier representatives.
- Pursue relevant CE courses and aim to achieve a designation within three years.
- Participate in seminars and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- May be required to train other team members.
- Provide support in various assigned areas.
- Assist in streamlining automation processes to reduce paper use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive markets.
- Understand agency and company procedural changes and updates.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by management.
