    LVE s hiring a Production Manager in Columbus to join our team This seasoned professional requires a broad knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, and event management.

    They will handle project leadership and technical expertise for live events, virtual broadcasts, and experiences.

    They will provide on-location management for all pre-show logistics leading up to an event including site visits, working with venues, managing budgets, equipment lists, and scheduling crew members.

    They must be able to give basic cue to cue show calling, understand the project's creative vision and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to support it.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Determine the equipment and crew necessary to carry out a project objective
    Draft production schedules in conjunction with clients, meetings venues, and other vendors
    Team with Operational Managers to schedule, prepare, and transport equipment to and from job sites
    Team with Scheduling Coordinator to schedule and manage labor crews for setup/tear down of AV and technical operation
    Must learn the functionality and features of the virtual meeting platforms as used by the LVE team and be able to work within those environments

    Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all equipment, pricing structures, procedures and process as required to deliver informative and complete project proposals to customer.

    Clearly communicate verbal, written and / or graphic ideas to team and customer.
    Complete site survey and any technical show advance to prepare technical staff ability to complete projects.
    Responsible for event safety and company policy compliance
    Ability to solve practical problems, carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision
    Finish projects, prioritize and organize workload for effective implementation
    Clearly and concisely present information in one-on-one and small group situations
    Strong customer and results orientation, interact effectively at all levels of the organization and across diverse cultures
    Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work efficiently with people in a team environment.
    Associate will partner with Creative Team, Live Event Producers, and Operation Managers to manage the event execution process.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and live event
    Must learn and become adept at using Intellivent / Teams / Zoom and LVE utilized software programs
    Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 toolset
    Must be proficient with 2way teleconferencing software
    Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote; technical operation and ability to make minor edits
    Valid driver's license required; may be required to obtain US Passport and medical card, if necessary
    Must be available for travel and flexible work hours
