Job Description:

  • As a member of the Aftermarket Product Management team at Huber Ridge, you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to product programs.
  • You will also play a key role in developing and implementing the global product and market strategy.
  • Your tasks will include analyzing and participating in program management throughout the entire product lifecycle, as well as monitoring relevant markets, competitors, and technologies.
  • You will work closely with the international sales team to identify specific market requirements and translate them into innovative products.
  • In addition, you will lead and implement sub-projects to expand the product portfolio and launch new products.
  • You will also serve as a technical support contact for customers and assist colleagues with technical inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed your training as an automotive mechanic/mechatronics technician and have some professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of German, English, and MS Office is required. Experience with SAP (MM and WM) is preferred.
  • You possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and goal-oriented work style and analytical abilities.
  • You are highly customer-oriented and willing to travel internationally.
  • Compensation according to the metal industry collective agreement
