    Description


    City Wide Facility Solutions provides facility maintenance solutions for commercial properties by managing more than 20+ facility services - anything from handyman services to janitorial to parking lot repairs.

    We are a best in breed management company in the building maintenance industry. Opportunity is EVERYWHERE City Wide San Jose is a small company with a lot of upward mobility and growth.

    As a Sales Executive for City Wide, you are a strong hunter and can easily explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals.

    Ideally, you have existing relationships that will help quickly establish a portfolio of clients.

    You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships.

    You should be proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our growing team.

    Have you ever won any quarterly sales awards?Requirements Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - 50+ Activities per Day, calls and emails Fast learner and passion for sales
    • We use Sandler Sales Approach Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • MS Dynamics CRM Excellent knowledge of MS Office Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Prospect, Qualify, and Close Clients Training & Development Strong base salary with monthly commission
    • OTE or on target earnings well into the six figures and uncapped you produce you get paid Large Protected Sales Territory Base ~$70; OTE ~$140K+ DOE BenefitsCity Wide offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to include medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401k with match; PTO and paid holidays.
