WURD Radio is looking for a strategic and driven Senior Sales Account Executive to secure new advertising sales and sponsorships that align with our multimedia programming and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify, solicit, and close new business across radio, digital, and corporate channels.
Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing persuasive proposals and strategies that address client needs.
Sales Goals:
Exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic marketing partnerships and event sponsorships.
Client Services:
Develop and implement client presentations, remote broadcasts, event management, and on-site support.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitive media trends and create new business opportunities.
Sales Administration:
Prepare orders, resolve billing issues, and submit accurate sales reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of direct, agency, and corporate-level media sales experience.
Proven track record in sales consulting, relationship development, and client satisfaction.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work in office and field environments.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
