Interprets Takeda's SDLC to help various stakeholders, collaborate effectively during the entire journey including identification of opportunities Process and decompose internal customer requirements into specifications and smaller blocks like user stories.

Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Provides continuous updates to stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery. Communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of analysis methodologies and its capabilities, forms the bridge between the business, testing, validation, and development during successful delivery of projects.

Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience. 10+ years of experience in a business analysis area or similar. 6+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
