We are seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.


Job Summary
The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will join Imprivata's Business Intelligence team to support enterprise-wide data analysis and analytics.

From white space analysis for our Sales team, to tracking of utilization and staffing for our Services group, to providing our Customer Success Managers visibility into how individual healthcare customers are deploying our products and what kind of ROI they are achieving using our products - our BI team delivers the essential business intelligence that different departments need to do their jobs effectively.

The Associate BI Analyst will work cross-functionally with various groups at Imprivata to understand reporting/analytics needs and develop solutions.

Beyond someone who can build reports and dashboards, we are looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems. Duties and Responsibilities- Provide the reporting on financials, business performance, customer product usage and industry trends needed by internal business teams and end users across Imprivata- Design and build dashboards (in Salesforce, Tableau CRM and Tableau) that empower Imprivata business teams to track KPIs and access business essential analytics- Leverage data to answer important business questions and inform real business decisions Partner with our integration analysts and data engineers to support integration between business systems and perform any data preparation/transformation needed for data analysis- Help develop and maintain relevant data dictionaries and knowledge articles- Continue to improve BI processes by addressing gaps/inefficiencies, enabling automation and self-service, and incorporating new tools and ideas


Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics/Finance, Information Technology or related field- Demonstrated proficiency with analyzing, summarizing and presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner- Passion for problem-solving- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Tableau CRM, PowerBI etc.) and techniques- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn and adapt. Looking for people excited by the challenge of learning new tools and processes, who can adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a positive manner.- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
