Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR Associates Degree with 8 years of project management HS with 10 years of project management experience
5 years of project management experience
To hold or obtain up to an active US Government Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management.
5 years of project management experience supporting DOD projects
5 years of experience with contract transition teams.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
