Your responsibilities:


  • Independent handling of projects from order receipt to completion
  • Organization and cost control of projects
  • Technical and commercial coordination
  • Creation of schedules and personnel deployment plans
  • Monthly reporting of projects to management
  • Preparation of change orders, additional offers, and progress and final invoices
  • Conducting calculations related to heat demand, heating surfaces, and sewer and pipe networks

What we expect:


  • Completed vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
  • Additional qualification as a master, technician, or engineer is desirable
  • Several years of experience in project management and construction site management of large projects
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge and application of relevant regulations (VOB / DIN)
  • Experience in personnel management, as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Strong customer orientation, commitment, and sense of responsibility
