As a core member, you will work with multi-domain autonomous systems, engage in rapid prototyping, and collaborate on a cross-functional team.

You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, experimentation, and deployment of those multi-domain autonomous systems. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness through the application of cutting-edge drone technologies.

Senior Project Manager

to join our team in

Crane, IN .
This position is

Hybrid .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinates project planning.
Coordinates task prioritization.
Coordinates the status of work, issues, and risks across client and contractor teams. Works to resolve blockers to progress.
Key contributor to the development of recommendations and findings, and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience.
Experience with Agile processes, iterative design, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing projects in JIRA.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
