As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the effectiveness of our customer projects. You act as the interface between our internal departments, report directly to stakeholders, and ensure a smooth implementation of our software BabtecQ.

Your new task

Your talent for effective project planning shines when you moderate "Bluesheet workshops" at the beginning of a project, taking into account all aspects of the software project. This sets the foundation for a smooth and successful implementation of BabtecQ.
You take on responsibility - both internally and with our customers. This includes reporting directly to our clients during regular steering committee meetings and ensuring that benefits, goals, and project deliverables are achieved.
You actively manage resources in the project and, together with our project team of Project Consultants and Trainers, deliver high-quality project results to our customers.
You keep an eye on project controlling and ensure that the implementation is completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
You are a role model for active risk management: Your proactive approach allows you to identify potential challenges early on and take appropriate measures.
