    Description

    Summary

    The Office of International Affairs (OIA) returns fugitives to face justice, transfers sentenced persons to serve their sentences in their home countries, and obtains essential evidence for criminal investigations and prosecutions worldwide by working with domestic partners and foreign counterparts to facilitate the cooperation necessary to enforce the law, advance public safety, and achieve justice.

    Duties

    As a Lead Management Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
  • Leveraging databases and other data sources to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce reports on performance and workload metrics.
  • Serving as a project lead on data analysis and data visualization projects.
  • Monitoring and evaluating office or program performance measures to ensure that target numbers are being met.
  • Conducting business process analysis and leveraging analysis to develop and implement projects that streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluating existing administrative processes and their integration with larger Department and organization policies.
  • Liaising with outside stakeholders and experts to complete projects.
  • Manipulating and transforming raw data using Microsoft Excel into charts, graphs, and tables to display information required by management to respond to data calls and performance reporting.
