    Duties


    The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

    As a Management Analyst, you will:

    • Provide administrative and management advice and assistance to managers, supervisors and employees on matters pertaining to human resources, travel, training, time and attendance, equipment, supplies, office space, telecommunications, general logistics support and the government credit card program.
    • Develop, maintain and update process and procedure manuals on activities, ensuring that all Ginnie Mae staff are trained to comply with governing rules and regulations.
    • Prepare, analyze and evaluate manpower, administrative and cost studies, evaluate opportunities for improvements in management systems; present advice and recommendations for review and implementation.
