- Prepare FOIA request packages, redact documents, and release documents in compliance with applicable laws
- Develop and implement FOIA recordkeeping procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Gather, analyze, and report on management processes data and prepare presentations summarizing results to identify improvements
- Perform records inventories, and develop file plans and disposition schedules to ensure compliance with records management laws and regulations
- Respond to oversight engagements by providing information and documentation related to management policies and processes
- Track and report status of corrective actions in response to audit findings
