    The ideal candidate would be capable of managing multiple administrative projects and programs related to hiring, salary and benefits under strict and tight deadlines.

    Duties

    What will I do in this position if hired?

    In this position, you will serve as a Management Analyst within the Recovery Directorate, Assistant Administrator. Typical assignments include:

  • Developing, managing, and maintaining HR information.
  • Providing advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on complex personnel management matters involving staffing and recruitment and placement actions.
  • Tracking vacancies and referrals and ensures recruitment actions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Initiating, monitoring, forwarding, and tracking all requests for personnel actions for the program offices

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
