Summary
This role serves as the Management and Program Analyst (Intelligence) in the National Security Division's Office of Intelligence's Oversight Section (OI), collaborating closely with the FBI and other members of the United States Intelligence Community (USIC) to enhance national security.
Openings for this position are available to individuals undergoing career transition (CTAP, ICTAP, RPL), federal employees meeting the criteria of a 'surplus' or 'displaced' employee, as well as internal candidates within the agency and current federal employees of this agency.

Responsibilities of a Management and Program Analyst (Intelligence), GS, include:
- Independently analyzing intelligence-related materials to assess USIC's compliance with foreign intelligence program procedures.
- Investigating and resolving complex compliance matters.
- Assessing information quality and applying oversight-enhancing sampling techniques.
- Collaborating to improve oversight programs and prepare specialized reports for policymakers.
- Developing analytic tools to analyze security oversight trends and address compliance issues.
- Establishing policies for data tracking and case records
Requirements
Conditions of Employment:
- U.S. Citizenship or Nationality.
- Successful completion of security/background check and drug screening.
- Current Federal employee within the Department of Justice on Competitive Service appointment.
- Meeting all time-in-grade requirements by announcement closing.

Qualifications:
To qualify, candidates must possess relevant specialized experience and meet Time-in-Grade requirements.
Specialized Experience:
At GS-14 level, one year of experience at GS-13 or equivalent, developing policies related to intelligence data analysis for program support.
