    Design critical circuits for DRAM related memory products. Responsible for power delivery network evaluation and optimization of DRAM designs, as well as design and optimization block level power generators. Use both analog and digital CMOS design skills to work on the analog circuits. Work with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance versus simulation performance of circuits designer. Work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel in designing the circuits to be used on Micron's next leading-edge process node.

    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Semiconductor Design Engineer-related occupation.
